  Drank this at Hai Di Lao, Royal Square Novena over lunch with an ex-colleague.
  
  Pale straw greenish yellow. Notes of refreshing green apples with lively flavors and crisp acidity. Captivating aroma, with a burst of citrus and tropical fruit notes. Zesty grapefruit, tangy lime, and juicy passion fruit coupled with subtle hints of freshly cut grass and herbal undertones add complexity and depth.
  
  On the palate, The Broken Fishplate is matched with flavors of zesty lemon and vibrant grapefruit. There is a lovely balance between the fruits and the wine's bright acidity, which provides a mouthwatering sensation and a sense of energy. Medium bodied with freshness and vibrancy throughout, with a crisp and clean finish that lingers with a touch of citrus zest.
  
  Overall, the wine is delightful, vibrant, and pleasing. Serve well chilled, preferably on a warm day.
