  Color: still shiny yellow, no signs of evolution, no watery rim
  Nose: initial impression of yellow citrus an light spice
  Taste: full, ripe, yellow fruit with a long fine piercing finish with some smoky (oak) impressions
  Conclusion: still tastes very young, wished I had some more bottles to taste in 2 to 5 years.
  PS: only 12,5% vol
