An excellent “village” Meursault. Developing complexity showing aroma and flavor profiles from a number of different primary fruit clusters: citrus, orchard and stone fruits; secondary notes of vanilla, butter, and butterscotch; all underscored with chalky and salty minerals along with a dose of fresh acidity. Good integration and balance. Finishes fresh and very long. Enjoyed with baked Atlantic Cod in a queso, white cheese sauce. Drinking wonderfully at four years, should improve with further cellaring.
