One hour decant. Nearly opaque purple color. Blackberry, vanilla bean, black cherry syrup, paprika, peanut oil, iron and spicy pomegranate on the spicy, complex, fragrant nose. Smooth, dry, lush, mouth filling palate, with a streak of fresh mint. Firm, yet plush tannins on the medium long finish. Perhaps the best Malbec I’ve ever had, but an “equivalent” Cabernet would be better for my palate.
