Day 1, it was a bit more forward and rich than I would have preferred. Perhaps 2016 was a hot year? Well by day two, it integrated and mellowed a bit more and was an enjoyable weekday bottle. Fleshy but still with the bite you want from Chanti sango.

Nose is balsamic, cherry, hay, oregano. Medium body, dry with some tannins, wood and mineral in the finish.

Chianti Classico tour 2019 - 2 -Conca D'Oro in Panzano + B a C: Fresh and fruity from bought in grapes. Yet some baby fat, but it is a decent entry level chianti.
