First, I am not a very big white wine drinker, but I like this white. Obviously I have had it sitting around for awhile since it is a 2005. Full body mouth feel. Creamy, buttery, orange peel. The wine looks light gold colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like orange. The body is medium/full. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.

This was just superb, certainly one of the best white wines I have ever experienced. The nose was strong and very floral. On the palate it was great both by itself and with food (spinach and mozzarella ravioli with olive oil and seasonings). It went very fast with dinner so i can't share detailed notes. But I hope I can find some more of a later vintage.

My sinuses are jammed up so I can't say anything about the nose. Love the deep honey yellow color with a slight greenish tint. Nice balance on the palate between the acid and the fruit which is melon and sour apple. I like it a lot, and it went very well with fettucini and clam sauce, brocoli in lemon/garlic/olive oil, and delicately fried tilapia.

Oaky mellon nose with nice hints of honey. Rich almost creamy with some mild tangerine flavors and subtle vanilla and notes of white pepper on the finish. 87-88

Tastes of melon, citrus & a touch of vanilla. A little bit of heat on the finish. Not smooth as much as interesting & a bit flamboyant. Paired well with chilean sea bass & sauteed pea shoots. (My husband loved it!)
