100% garganega. Soave Classico, a very steep sloping vineyard with good drainage and direct sunlight. Aging In oak barrels (30%) and steel vats (70%) for 15 months in contact with its own sediment without racking. Medium gold color. Sweet aromas of peach, mango, dried apricots, honey. Wine is fruity, with some residual sugar, balanced with acidity and saltiness and minerality at the end.
