  • Clear medium gold; clean medium plus nose of butter, lemon/lime and honey; dry; medium plus acidity; medium plus alcohol; medium plus body; medium flavour intensity; palate is tarter with addition of biscuit and apple; medium plus finish; drink now; fairly unremarkable - was hoping that we’d see a little development vs our last bottle

  • Clear medium gold; clean medium plus nose of ripe lemon, green apple and mineralogy; dry; medium plus acidity; medium plus alcohol; medium plus body; medium plus flavour intensity; palate is tarter with pronounced green apple and addition of salinity; medium plus finish; we had an aged bottle of this wine in Italy so are going to age our second bottle for a few years to see if we can replicate
