One glass, brief nose: very rich in stonefruit, really delicious flow on the midpalate, limy though, with more time in the glass even more tight, again a B-W for the long haul, *(***+?)

Only two parcells of the more than 80 hectare vineyard are GG approved, one of them is «In der Hohl». The soils has sandy loam, with a small limestone reef.
Is still pretty closed in the nose and slightly reductive, shows aromas of lime peel, linden flowers and herbal notes appear, somewhat remember of a Chablis. Powerful and athletic in the mouth, but has also a cool vein, spicy notes and aromas of flowers, flint and white peach, the acidity is wonderfully balanced and ensures freshness. Long and juicy on the finish, with less than one gram of residual sugar and only 12.5% alcohol very precise. A realy terroir wine, it shows the herbal and yellow fruit aromas of the Ruppertsberger Rieslings. Has a lot of potential, no hurry.
