Popped and poured. Dark inky color, nose of blackberry, raspberry and pepper. A big wine, w/some tannic strength. Opened up after an hour, should be interesting on day two. Complex for an economy wine. Great value for $10.

Dark and beautiful. Minerals were there on the nose this time to balance the fruit. Brighter fruit on the palate also. Very balanced start to finish. Needed to breathe about an hour to really shine. Just as good on day two.

Slightly different with this bottle. Simply like drinking concord grape guice concentrate upon opening. Opened up after a while but still simple and jammy. Second night more like past bottles, rich boysenberry with a touch of licorice. Better slightly chilled, which brings out the tannins and pulls in focus on the finish.

Very nice immediately after opening and excellent balance. Dense, but easy drinking.

Really nice again. 86 on first night, 89 on second. Benefits from several hours air. A few more years left.
