Typical Chablis aromas with sea shore and salty minerality. Quite rich and concentrated in the mouth, which probably comes from the long time on the lees.

A very decent Chablis. More mineral-driven than fruit-driven. Aromas of wet stone with maybe some smokiness, lemon peel, bright acidity, malolactic fermentation for a medium to medium+ body, medium+ length. If you had told me this was a Premier Cru I would have believed you.
