Two hour decant. Nearly opaque magenta color. Blueberry jelly, cream cheese danish, and violets. Smooth, dry, full bodied palate, with mouth coating acidity. Firm, full tannins on the longish finish.
Little sign of age on this guy. Very fun TRB-produced CS from a great vintage. Enjoyed with dinner at Angele in Napa (with #1WineLover). Forgot to post this with my other reviews a week or two ago.

Concentrated and broad-shouldered delivering blackberry compote, dark cherry, plum and a hint of cocoa. Well structured, nice fruit, full bodied, bright acidity and grippy tannins. Thomas River Brown delivers once again! NI:4, FI:23, FC:9, B:4, L:4

Four years since my last bottle and soo happy to have more. Not overly complex or a wine to brood upon, but round, plush and fruity. A beautiful wine if you like the style, ready to drink after a decant or to hold for a few years.

Smooth and elegant, a Thomas Rivers Brown gem from Diamond Mountain. Dark cherry and blackcurrant with hints of cedar. Subtle tobacco and herbal notes with ripe full bodied tannins. Finishes long and fruity.
