Light color. Subtle but nice nose of white flowers, mandarin orange and fennel, but not fruity........more steely and lean. Crisp and delicate mouthfeel.....really, nothing wrong with any part of this Aligote. Paired very well with most cheeses, expect a Danish blue. Excelled with the Vermont Cremont. Didn’t rock with dinner of roasted potatoes w gremolata, roasted broccoli and herbed garlic tofu. Clashed with the broccoli. Keep it chilled. Possibly my first 100% Aligote.
