Drank at cellar temp, approx 53 degrees. Well balanced with slight tropical flavors, good acidity, and a crisp finish, even a little butterscotch. On the light side.

Somewhat reserved but very elegant white burgundy. Hints of vanilla and pineapple on the palate, and not too much oak or acidity. Very nice

1st CellarTracker Worldwide Virtual Tasting Event; 8/15/2008-8/16/2008 (Byfield, MA and Conway, NH, and Many More Exciting Places Around the Globe): Light golden color. Serve slightly below cellar temperature. Nose of white fruits, some tropical. Palate of apple, tart pineapple, decent minerality and acidity. This wine is slowly evolving in a positive way.
