Fine and dry. Quality fruit. White peaches and plenty of mealiness/leesiness. Stirring acid and textural finish. It has some elegance, but is perhaps not fully integrated. Maybe best in a couple more years…

Served fairly cold. Nose is closed, with hints of star fruit and popcorn butter. Medium-to-full-bodied palate: intensely crisp and astringent, with flavours of star fruit, peach, and apricot.

SIA Wine Week; 3/4/2019-3/8/2019 (Singapore Airlines): Peach, apricot, vanilla, and some mint and cloves, with an earthy marl scent towards the end. Great!
