  • Day 1: Quite good, not great, but overall very satisfactory most aspects. A smooth easy drinking wine, distinguishable fruit flavor, nice Pinot nose, not much of a finish. Enjoyed a large glass on PnP and opened nicely thereafter, deem it better at 65 degrees vs when warmed up over time. No need for food as it is not so heavy to warrant, and not very light either, but of course being a Pinot will go good with food.

Day 2: Just as good, and def better kept under 70 degrees and tonight went well with linguine, sausage and creamed spinach. If had to pick at, the zest/orange flavor profile is not my favorite, not a fan of citrus in reds, yet also bewildered how they did that as 1st red came across with such profile, although it is an acute tolerable aspect nothing major. Aspects stood out and easier to decipher a bit more today as did everything else and that is always impressive to have a day 2 wine last and be slightly more together or just as good.

Day 7: Long week, just came back to 1/3 bottle remaining. Not looking so good, tangin up at this point. Got through 2oz and will pour out.

    Cheers and be safe everyone!
