Light ruby color in the glass. Opened and slow ox for about 3 hours prior to drinking. This Pinot has aromas of oak, red cherries, vanilla, red currants, and mint. On the palate, there is a nice balance between cherries, slight mushroom, vanilla, and baking spices with a touch of cherry cola flavors. I think for the price point this is a little overpriced, but it's definitely a well made wine that I enjoyed.
