Supps at KC's (KC's place): Ahh, cork taint/cellar stink over toast, berry syrup concentrate, ripe plums, baked earth, cedar and tomato leaf. Sourly juicy on the palate, tomato leaf more to the fore, grainy drying tannins, sweaty saddle leather. Hmm, it's not entirely flawed just not in perfect condition...I mean, it's drinkable and, as the cork taint/cellar stink did not grow with time I'm inclined to think it was more of the latter than the former...
