The nose is a mixture of clover honey, and drying interior paint. However, the palate is a mix of tart pineapple, grapefruit, slight minerals, and the faintest hint of bubble gum. It quickly leaves the palate with an acidic and slightly oaken finish. Not my first choice in white wines, but paired well with a meal of seared scallops with cheesy polenta. Drink now, I do not think this will get better with any more aging. Best to serve chilled.

Agree with previous note - tastes like a fairly standard SB with lots of grapefruit and lemony notes. Just doesn't have the depth or intensity for me to be a very good wine

Pop and pour, drank half the bottle over 2 hours. This drinks like a standard sauvignon blanc and I'm not a fan of SB. Grapefruit and grass. No noticeable minerality.

Consistent with prior notes. I will add I paired with with some brie cheese and the flavors just exploded on the palate. One of the best wine and cheese pairing I can recall in recent memory. Drinking really great right now and a bit better than previous bottles, although the pairing may have effected the score here.

Pale straw. Lovely lanolin and light honey with a more grassy note from the SB. Great acidity. Very clean. Decent length.
