Dark, crushed cherries, lavender and hints of forest floor make this Pinot Noir interesting and complex. Needs at least an hour for all tasting notes to develop in the glass. Literally got better with each sip. Believe this will get better with age.

Light burgundy color with a dry raspberry and cola flavor with a bit of allspice. The wine had a spritz to it, which was a clear deficiency. Still pleasant enough to drink but a disappointment overall.

You can tell this is a quality wine, but it has a green streak mid palate that is off putting. Wait a couple more years, hold.
