  • Much better than I expected, and only 45k krw in Incheon. Fruity red berry flavors, clean as a whistle, a little green pepper on the finish but not so much to be "green". Nice structure that played very well with hanwoo.

  • Ruby red with slight bricking (too soon!). Not clean, nose is quite Bretty on opening, which blows off to a degree but persists. It does not completely overshadow the wine, with the nose also revealing red currant and raspberry, plenty of green capsicum and tomato leaf, and subtle floral notes. The palate is dominated by juicy raspberry, hints of violet, with bright acidity, grainy, angular tannins, good palate length, but it is a bit drying on the palate and slightly bitter, most likely from the Brett. The texture is elegant, verging on the austere side. If it were not for the Brett, this wine would be very good, but there is a bit too much there and it masks the true character of the wine. Would I buy another bottle? Maybe next vintage to see if they have cleaned up their winemaking.
