  rather pale colour. nose: tart gooseberries, lime, grapefruit; some sweetness of elderflowers; . taste: medium (+) aciditysweetbness of pear and ripe gooseberries, some peaches, elder flower; quite fresh on the finish; lacks personality, higher acid would be welcomed.
