Wee kopishop wine lunch. Drank in Gabriel Standart. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with a bouquet of white honeysuckle flowers, white pepper spice, ice stony minerality, exotic fruits, even some rosewater scents. Deveoped. On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium+ alcohol, full body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of honeysuckle, rich peaches, various stone fruits, white pepper spice, stony minerality, mildly sweet dilute bandung rosewater ?rosehip tea. Very good quality. Quintessential decadent Condrieu with just the right acdequate acidity. Better drink up fresh and not wait too long on these Condrieu. Not the Vernay ageable sort. 90% from St-Pierre-de-Boeuf zone, 10% from Limony zone in Condrieu.

Clear straw yellow color. Banana, coconut, cloves, on the nose. Palate: floral honeysuckle notes, peach, mango, pineapple. Lots of body, some sweetness. Beautiful flavors upfront, medium finish. Don’t have much of a reference for northern Rhône whites, but this is a real pleasure to drink

Team dinner @ Fleur de Sel!: White peaches, flowers, with a white tea-like finish. Tinge of honeysuckle. Quite serious overall but enjoyable.
