Afrer work pop at home. Drank in Gabriel Standart. Appearance is clear, medium intensity, yellow lemon colour. Developed. On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol (13%), rounded medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavour of honey cream, yellow peach, integrated nutty oak, bitter almond, spice ?ginger/lemongrass, bit of salt minerality. Medium+ finish. Good quality. Drinking well already. Doesn't need a lot more ageing.

A: medium lemon N: pronounced nose of peach, lemon curd, cooked quince, vanilla , butter, cream, struck match, yoghurt, ginger, marzipan/almond P: Dry, medium acid, medium alcohol, medium (+) intensity, medium (+) body and long finish So the oak needs more integration to gain balance. Length and intensity are great contributors to quality here as is the complexity with primary, secondary and tertiary flavors represented in over five clusters. Very Good Quality wine. $60/bottle

At Michelin-starred restaurant Aquavit in London. Medium yellow-gold in colour. Stone fruit, ripe citrus, chalk, stony notes and well-integrated oak are joined by nuts and nutmeg notes on the long aftertaste, all carried by a streak of minerality. The medium-bodied wine was very persistent, with good, smooth, linear acidity, and was very versatile with food.
