  If I recall from our visit in 2019 this is predominantly merlot with small additions of other Bordeaux varietals. True Ruby in color. Aromas of cherry, plum, red currant, licorice, baking spices and brown sugar. The palate carries the red fruit, pomegranate, and is a touch tannic at this stage with nice acid lift on the finish. Not a mouth coating wine but a wine of precision. Very tasty with ravioli
