Greengage and green plum fruit accompanied by unobtrusive, fully integrated oak treatment resulting in perfect harmony between all the various constituents. There’s enough butter to produce a silky mouthfeel, yet all the way through maintains freshness and balance. Lissom, classy and yet another winner from the master, Brian Croser. CHP 95 pts

Australian white wine from Piccadilly Valley: Chardonnay. 13,5 % alcohol. Fermented and aged on its lees for 11 months in French Vosges oak barriques, 33% new and the balance 1 and 2 use.
Light golden/grayish color.
Appetizing and crisp aromas of exotic fruit, oak, lemon, exotic spices and minerals. Fresh but somewhat unripe flavors of green apples, lime, pears, crushed grape seeds, and vanilla.
Dry. Medium body. Medium+ acidity. Good balance. Very good structure. Some complexity. Elegant.
Long finish with lime.
An elegant but somewhat closed Chardonnay. Improves with air. Excellent with food (char) and enjoyable on its own. Will improve with age. 91/100

Hint of tropical fruit but well restrained by the structure. Fanned out on palate with long balanced finish. Classy

SIA Wine Week; 3/4/2019-3/8/2019 (Singapore Airlines): Big pronounced apricot vanilla nose, and some peach richness on the palate. Full bodied and intense. Good!
