12,5% alcohol, 5 g/l residual sugar and 6,0 g/l acidity. Tasted blind in VV.
Medium-deep seared salmon to quite deep onion skin color. Nuanced and somewhat smoky nose with aromas of clayey earth, some ripe apricot, a little bit of red apple and a hint of tar. The wine is ripe, full-bodied and quite balanced on the palate with dry-ish to off-dry flavors of peach, some cantaloupe, a little bit of sweet strawberry and a hint of ripe apple. Medium-plus acidity. The finish is quite long, vibrant and fruity with flavors of golden apple, some wild strawberry and a hint of cantaloupe.
A balanced, fruity and accessible rosé. Perhaps a bit too soft for my taste; the acidity feels slightly modest here, making the ripe flavors feel somewhat off-dry and the mouthfeel come across a bit on the soft side. Could benefit from higher acidity. Nevertheless, this is an enjoyable little everyday rosé. Priced more or less according to its quality at 12,99€.

Couleur rose-pêche assez soutenue. Beau vin sec, vineux et peu acide sur le cantaloup et les pêches. Belle découverte.
