Good blackberry aromas and flavors, assisted by licorice and dried herbs. Simple and easy to enjoy, certainly a good value. I don't know what to expect from a Marselan blend, but that's what the Garagiste email says is in the bottle.

Did not seem as complex or tasty as the last bottle. Not decanted, quite dry, still nicely balanced especially with food but lacking the secondary aroma's or flavours to warrant a 90 score.

Dark saturated colour; rough hewn oak obliterated most of the character; more oak, dense, monolithic solid finish, lifeless.

TN: Garagiste Wines at Marouch PT. II: Chunky and rustic. The fruit is somewhat crude. Rather out classed in this flight.
