very pale gold color, classic mersault nose of wet stones, hazlenuts and green apples. The palate is perfectly balanced, with great minerality and very long, finish. This was excellent with a range of seafood dishes, from crudo to roasted bay scallops- almost riesling-like in its ability to mirror and lift the flavors of the food. terrific.
