Coravin glass 1: Blind I would have said "Hmm, are you trying to fool me? This wine is not made of grapes but of rice, it´s saké!". In the mouth it´s a little more lika a red wine but a thin one. Light-weight grenache and 86 p today. Drank it without food and will try to pair it with something next time and hopefully the score will be higher then.

This is all whole bunch, picked phenolically ripe and fermented in open fermenters. There’s some tread down pigéage and carbonic influence to the ferment. It has good contrast between some of the darker licorice and aniseed notes and the fresh and vibrant florals and red fruits. It is luscious and layered with loads of floral spice on the back-end.

It’s all about strawberry jam, raspberry jam and milk chocolate. Sweet, succulent but with a shortish finish.
Quite in balance overall.
