  Very nice and fragrant nose with strawberries, forest notes, and a bit of savory. The palate has quite a bit of tannic structure and nice acidity with more red fruit and forest notes and overall nice complexity. Good finish. This was really good and I feel like it will continue to improve for some time. Hold for 5+ years. 93+

  提前8小时开瓶，喝的初期依旧是涪陵榨菜、覆盆子果酱和略苦的中草药香气，入口能感觉到黑暗中幽深之物的环绕。在杯中的变化比较快，类似自然酒特征的皮革、腐土味道散开的同时，红色水果的香气和更多香料气息涌现，如拨云见日。而酸度和单宁的感觉也越来越强，喝起来更像浓缩果汁的口感。89-90
