  The BT from Yann Durieux comes from Savigny Les Beane Les Boutieres. Whole cluster, natural yeast with no additives and no racking, the wine is cloudy and untamed, and one of most profound natural wines in Burgundy. Wild untamed floral nose of volatile rose petal and juicy cherries. Top village weight with grainy tannins, nose is very similar to Prieur Roche, but slightly less floral. Great acidity and wildness. (85/100)
