  Strong smell.

  Clear, deep purpley and red core leading out to a thin brick coloured rim. Wine looks to have a bit of age. Clean, med + intense nose of aromatic cedar, vanilla, strawberry, raspberry and wood spices. Dry, high acid, with dusty mouth drying tannin. Med fruit intensity of plum black current and blackberrys. loads of oak, fairly basic in the mouth. med + alc. med + body. Long oaky finish. Wine is balanced but quite simple, there isn't much fluidity between the flavors. Drink now - next year.
