  Outstanding! Secondary characteristics over a dominant, acidic, burgundy-backbone. Absolutely phenomenal. Paired with chateaubriand, bearnaise, and vintage Bordeaux. Dill bright; presence of sediment; medium red intensity/color with browning evident; secondary/tertiary character followed by dried and fresh red fruit on the nose; mediums plus acidity; long finish; high complexity. I'd drink this every day for the rest of my life.
