Nose of crushed cherry and strawberry with a hint of fennel and unfortunately some noticeable sulphur/burned rubber. This is my 3rd bottle of this and the sulphur has been noticeable in all. Even after letting this decant for an hour it is still there. Even so, this "rose" is still somewhat unique and real wine lovers should try these. They are a different experience, much deeper and profound wines but still with the great rose flavors. The higher-level Rein de Bois is a clear step up from this wine too, it is worth seeking out. Also, these wines need AT LEAST two years to even begin opening up and can last for 10+. Don't believe me, save a Rein de Bois for 10 years. You can thank me later.

This definitely packs more of a punch when compared to Rose (PN) I’m accustomed to. The Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah makes this much bolder. You see it in the color when you take that first pour. Cherry with mild menthol notes. Good summer sipping.

Sam's 60th Birthday (The Krengels - Bannockburn IL): Small glass, brief note. Red cherry, both ripe and tart with very good brightness. Good weight and size for its level and price. Very good value.

Not a big rose drinker but I do like Mordoree wines. This was a crisp, fresh wine with substantial body and substance. Seems to be a good value.
