  With Rob J & Garv at JoJo's indian in Wan Chai. Decanted 4 hours before. Lots of blueberries tossed into a oak barrel and toasted and finished w coco powder thrown in, yummy. Tannins only showed up near the end. It drinks so wonderfully and can go forever. It really cut through the rich spicy India food, but just lacked the depth of nose and real reach on the finish to take it higher. Great bottle though. Garv said sophisticated, European. Likey all the way round.

  1.5 Drank over 2 nights. Great year great wine. Not sure of the blend, other than cab dominated w a chunk of merlot, not much pv or ps. Dark rich velvet red blue black fruits, took on some chocolate note, real rouch kind. Balanced and tons of life ahed. Finishs deep after a big mouthful of fruit is swept away by secondary flavors and tannins, leather, touch of oak. Then pe cherries again. Nice stuff.
