  I have always liked the Pinot Noirs from Tolosa. I have had some exceptional ones from their 1772 series and some nice ones from their regular Edna Valley wines like this one but I have never had a bad wine from them. This is a good solid central California Pinot Noir. A clear garnet red color and nice red fruit flavors of strawberry and red cherry up front with well balanced tannins in a nice body. It may get better with a year or two of age.
