  Consistent with previous bottle. Pale straw in color, this sparkling wine (45% Xarel-lo/30% Macabeu/25% Parellada) reveals pear, green apple and brioche on the nose. The mouth feel brings zippy effervescence, nice minerality and more pear elements. The finish is a little short but pleasant. 12% abv.
  
  Purchased for $16US, this is a classic styled Cava that is perfect for enjoying with friends and with food. I've been a fan of this offering for years and it constantly delivers.

  Very good bubbles for the price. More Champagne-like than most Cava. Lightly yeasty. Not bone dry but not off dry either. Green apple and some yeast. Worth repeating.

  My friend brought to my house, classic cava, good fruit but dry, light , refreshing , drank with the cheese course, drank easily, will drink again.
