  pale golden colour, smells of apricot and quince, medium body, has a little bit of residual sugar, the first glass has a little bit of acidity, the second glass has more acidity, now I would say it has a medium acidity, in the mouth apricot and quince, in the aftertaste apricot, quince and acidity, good length (15 sec), good Gutsriesling.

  I was really surprised by level of quality in this wine. Knowing this is an entry-level wine for Peter Jakob Kuhn universe of high quality and sought after biodynamic rieslings, I was actually expecting something below average, weird and funky. But this is really really good. A well-made dry Riesling with ridiculously amounts of complexity compared to price. And even on day 3 this Riesling still shows great fruit and acidity! Typical Riesling nose with slightly oxidated apples, and savory notes of wax...

  Medium straw. An invigorating and quintessentially Riesling nose offers aromas of green peach, green apple, candied lime, preserved lemon, honeysuckle and tons of chalky minerality. Medium bodied on the palate but mouthfilling in texture with medium+ acidity and loads of dry extract driving a wine that is at once juicy and sharp edged. Delicious.

  12.5% vol
  Lovely exotic mix on the nose, all very pretty with some nice high points. Fruity and floral, but not blowsy. Herby too. Super!
  Compact but lots here, and great energy. Hard to identify specifics but flavoursome, ripe, pretty, layered and complex. Lots of mineral grip and intensity, silky and very, very drinkable. Excellent wine.
