Still a good Amarone, with all the typical aromatic spectrum, well structured and retaining balance. But not reaching the expression and intensity of the glorious 2009. Perhaps some extraction towards the Vigna Garzon? Seen so many times that producers sell the soul of their wines to a cuvee for an exlusive community of investors and collectors. Sad.

For its moderate price point, for an Amarone, this is very enjoyable with those classic cherry tones. However, I would say this is straightforward; it lack the depth, layers and great viscosity of say, a Quintarelli.
Pairs well with Abalone.

Cherry cough syrup.
It's good, but I would not expect greatness from it unless I held for another 1-2 years.
