  Shows some VA and sherry notes immediately but coupled with some very compelling flavors that harmonize over multiple hours! The VA in this case, actually brings precision to the orange/aged cherry fruits and bring about airy aromas of woodsmoke, hickory, sous bois/dark, damp potting soil with brown sugar and cinnamon stick. Moves to tertiary aromas quite quickly with bits of caramel and brown spices. A Worcestershire note comes through as well and provides nice lift. Quite elegant, long finish. Changes quite a bit with time. 92-93.
