  Probeschluck in der offenen Verkostung.
  Der Wein wurde entsprechend schon über einen Tag belüftet vor der Probe.
  
  In der Nase intensiv und relativ klar. Intensive und süße dunkle Früchte mit Brombeere, Pflaumenmus und etwas Kirsche und Erdbeermus. Riecht etwas marmeladig im besten Sinne.
  Am Gaumen voluminös und reichhaltig. Intensive Frucht und nur leichte Holznoten und erdige Aromen als Begleitung. Die Frucht ist am Gaumen im Vordergrund und die Säure im Hintergrund. Die Tannine sind sehr gut integriert und weich. Der Wein wurde allerdings wie gesagt schon über einen Tag belüftet. Gute länge am Gaumen und im Nachhall.
  
  Vielleicht nicht der komplexeste und frischeste Bordeaux, aber ein sehr guter erster Eindruck!
  Vom ersten Eindruck in der Range 87 - 92 / 100.

  88 vvPunkte (80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc) Intensive, rauchige, dunkelfruchtige Nase, zeigt Reife aber auch Frische, Kirschen und Brombeeren, Veilchen. Im Gaumen konzentriert, dicht, ein Mund voll Wein, strukturbetont, Tanninreich, jedoch mit knackiger Frucht und einer frischen Säure. Im Abgang von mittlerer Länge, endet etwas trocknend. Braucht ein Stück Fleisch. 2024-2035 (April 2021)

  Bright, crisp, medium-bodied, chewy, tangy, red berry filled wine with an orange citrus accent. Give it some air before consumption to help soften the wine.
