High/Low Blind Tasting III (Eagan, MN): High Low Tasting: The best high low of the flights. Green olives, pepper, spice, floral and red currants. Complex wine and medium plus finish. Very enjoyable.

I agree with DANR, this is a polished and fairly straight-forward syrah. I can maybe see that it tastes a bit like Rhone, I would not guess it to be crozes-hermitage.

Nicely aromatic. Straightforward and medium bodied, with wild berry fruit, floral notes and a hint of tar on the finish. Missing some stuffing on the mid palate, this comes off as a little too polished.

High/Low Blind Tasting III (Amy and Scott's house): A pleasant if simple Rhone, olives and a lean palate.
