  • Drinking it young, and thoroughly enjoyable. Purple rim, still staying the glass. All the vigour of a young southern Rhone. Long tears. Peppery, fruit filled mouthful. Almost Italian mix of sweet and sour. Tannin barely registers, but clearly there on the finish. Lingers well. Will buy some more to see how it ages. Stylishly understated label. Worth opening an hour before drinking.
