  Intense! Intense dark purple color. Intense pure black cherries on the nose and even more in the mouth. Notes of cedarwood, licorice, spices, minty herb, and a mouth-coating viscosity and bright tangy acidity round this out. Fantastic expression of Irpinia Aglianico. Accessible now, but will certainly last some time. Perfect with cured meats and cheeses, and La Genovese. Silky smooth tannins. Modern style. Very enjoyable.
