  Great stuff. Looks fantastic as a 7yr old and shows elegance and structure that seems to be missing from Tasmanian pinot these days. Clear and bright cherry red; very fresh and showing no signs of its 7 years. Tangy fruits on the nose; lifted and just a touch bitter. Very varietal. Very similar to taste but perphaps the fruit get progressively more bitter. That said, remains a light touch right through the palate. Really liked this and goes someway to restoring my faith in the apple isle's efforts with this grape. Drink over 2009 - 2011.
