  A beautiful, intriguing, floral, apricot and thyme/rosemary inflected wine. Very well worth picking up. A lot going on here. Very impressed.
  2nd night evolved into rose, violets, apple, ginger on the palette and the nose.
  5th night resin/spice element from barrel disappears and subtle melon evolves with light touches of ginger.
