Color worth noting: lightly complected for a pinot but no deficit in flavor or body (delicacy is underrated). Nose and flavors of tomato skin, plum and fresh thyme. Silky mouthfeel, perfect finish. A true pinot-lover's pinot.

Excellent balance of red fruit and sour cherries, high acidity, an absolutely lovely Burgundian style example coming out of Blue Mountain.

The most feminine of the three Blue Mountain single block pinots.
On day 2 the nose was pure burgundy: beautiful sous bois and touch of barnyard.
If I had to guess, I'd say this was the most ageworthy of the single blocks. Was very subtle upon opening though; definitely too young at this point.
