This wine comes from three sub-regions within Central Otago: Bendigo (87%), Pisa (9%) and Gibbston (4%). Autumn in 2017 was ideal and allowed for a long ripening period that encouraged tremendous concentration and flavour development. The Peregrine shows excellent depth and character, with lifted florals, bold red fruit, deft spice, and a refined mineral and earthy note. Focused and stylish.

Raspberry w hints of clove and underlying spice. Palette cocoa fruit oak and light tannins. Needs a couple more years.
