  • 4th Saturday Brown Bagger (J&L's): Double blind. Abundant pure red pinot fruit. Balanced, with good fruit on the palate. Lengthy finish. (J&S)

  • This deep ruby wine offers beautiful ripe fruit that is buttressed with impressive structure. Bing cherry, raspberry, black tea, clove and cocoa aromas are followed by similar flavors on a medium-bodied, freshly acidic palate. The alcohol (14.6%) flies under the radar, the oak is nicely integrated and the plentiful tannins are fine-grained. Solid on the mid-palate and concluding with a lengthy, mineral-laden finish, this is an outstanding New World presentation of the grape. It should easily reach its tenth birthday. Drink now-2027.

  • Medium garnet in color. Full, forward & aromatic nose of ripe fruit aromas of cherries, blueberries & strawberries with overtones of floral notes & spices, earthy/dusty, minerals & a touch of vanilla in the background. Medium bodied with a good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of sweet red cherries, blueberries & strawberries with spices, minerals & a hint of vanilla. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present and has some room for further development with an additional aging.
